YOU READY 2007-Terms
In order to participate in the "2007 You Ready" page you must fill out the entire
entry form. We are slotting teams in on a first come first serve basis, the first to give
us the info we need will be placed on the site.
First you will fill out the entry form then we will tell you where to send your photos.
When you submit your team photo there should be only four players in it .
Remember you are representing your team and school so while it's OK to look hard
vulgar or obscene photos won't be used nor will any shot in which athletes throw up
signs.
We will process and post only the first 50 teams which complete the entry process
or until October 1, 2007. The photos may stay up on the site for the next year.
In order to be considered for the "Ready" page the entire form must be filled out
By filling out the form the person doing so certifies that he or she is over 18 or if he
is under 18 his parents give their permission for his entry into this event. In the
event that any action shall arise out of our use of the photos submitted the person
filling out this form or his parents if he is under 18 indemnifies us for the use of
these photos. He or she further certifies that he or she either own the rights to the
photos being submitted and that he, she or they ( whichever applies) grant
irrevocable rights to us to use and or alter the images or that permission has been
irrevocably granted by the owner of the images for the images to be submitted to
us and that we may post and or alter images as we see fit.
Each item of the entry form must be filled out including each radio button.
The submission of each athletes name certifies that he or she is over 18 and gives
irrevocable permission for the use and alter his or her image or if he or she is
under 18 his or her parents give their irrevocable permission for us to use and alter
their child's image. The radio buttons next to each name must be checked off or the
entire form will be voided. The checking of each button next to each name signifies
appropriate permission is being granted by persons with the legal right to grant
permission as mentioned above.
You also agree that we reserve the right to alter these terms to the benefit of all
involved as we see fit.
